I have been involved in craft bakeries for twenty years. Both my Father and my Grandfather were bakers, both having produced this wonderful bread. I have for many years harboured a desire to bake and wholesale our Plum Bread and I am now in a position to do just that. We have a purpose built bakery in Spilsby. We are wholesaling to Butchers, Delis, Cheese Shops and Restaurants and Cafes. We regularly attend Farmers Markets and Food Fairs and Shows throughout Lincolnshire. My wife Donna is involved in most aspects of the business, office work, packing, delivering and running the Farmers Markets, there that should keep her busy.
